WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE? REALTOR OPEN HOUSE VS PUBLIC OPEN HOUSE 

A Realtor Open House (also called a Paragon Realtor Tour) is held on weekdays and is designed for real estate agents to preview a new listing before it goes to the public. This gives buyers' agents the chance to assess the property firsthand and determine whether it's a fit for their clients.

A Public Open House is open to everyone and typically takes place on weekends — most often Saturday and Sunday from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
